A well rounded session golden American ale with a touch of malty sweetness. After reading beer recipes from many local Prohibition era cook books, we found the common ingredients to be everything. Our grandparents put every type of local grain into their homebrew, so we did the same. This beer is made with malted barley, wheat, rye, oats, corn, sorghum, molasses and honey.
